Practical On The Water Training for PBPS Members

The next Practical On The Water Training course with instructors Ron Ziller and Tommy Nolan is taking place on November 9th-10th, 2019.  This course is Free to members of PBPS who have completed the Power Squadron ABC Boating course.  Space is limited.  

This 2-day seminar is the perfect combination of classroom and hands-on On-The-Water training. It explains how your boat handles and why. Video clips let you visualize the maneuvers before experiencing them on the water. It covers using lines, departing the dock, operating in a fairway, pivoting, mooring, backing, docking, steering – slalom, holding course – range, and a quick stop.

 The course starts in the classroom on Saturday morning at the PBPS and then is broken into groups for the On the Water training portion on Saturday & Sunday.
